Had an idea for a total blog but google is not letting me create it. IEatGlutenFree, basically due to my slave I now eat mostly gluten free. And you know what? I love it, the foods you make that are gluten free are not only higher in quality but fresher as well as often times if your creative in the kitchen cheaper to eat as well. I wanted to make the blog and then just post pics and show off how one is able to eat gluten free and brag a little. But apparently blogspot is demanding a phone number from me so that is not going to happen.
